1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You notify us within 3 days of delivery

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

• If the product is not eligible for a return, refund will not be issued.
